- As this is a public transportation be aware that there may be multiple stops are travel time make take longer.
- Still considered hassle-free since the train is very clean and very convenient.
By Bus via Causway Link or SBS Transit
Popular public bus companies such as Causeway Link and BS Transit operate frequent services between Singapore and Johor Bahru. You can catch a bus at the Larkin Terminal in Johor Bahru or at various bus terminals in Singapore.
Important Considerations:
- Purchase your bus ticket in advance, especially during peak travel periods.
- Potential traffic congestion especially during rush hours.
By Metered Taxi
You can hail a metered taxi at the Woodlands Checkpoint or JB Central Station. Fare will be calculated based on the meter reading.

- Other drivers may attemp to overcharge you but not using a meter. Ensure the taxi driver uses the meter.

By Car or Self-Drive
The journey is straightforward and you’ll have the flexibility to explore Johor Bahru and its surrounding areas at your own pace.
